Hello, I'm having issues with Windows on MacPro1.1. There are many problems and missing files, like DPInst.exe is missing. I can't install OBS, Streamlabs, Discord, or Teamspeak. Also, I can't start Minecraft or Wii games on the Dolphin emulator. Updating Windows isn't working, and installing it on my Acer causes a blue screen. I don't understand why this is happening.

The cause of BSOD is mainly related to drivers. Although Windows 10 improves over older versions, the transition from a very particular setup from 2006 to something much newer remains significant. Uncertain if your hardware is from Apple and outdated plays a role. If this is indeed MacPro1,1 from 2006, it might be worth checking.

On the Mac OS X, it mentioned that it would install Windows 7 (I didn<|pad|> to use Boot Camp to set up Windows).

It seems it's running Windows 7. That could work better overall. I didn't realize the potential problems before, but a dual-core system other than Windows 7 Pro or Ultimate might have been okay. Also, Windows 7 tends to be sensitive to hardware changes and can cause a BSOD if you try to swap the motherboard.

I run on Windows 7 Home Premium because I only possess the key for that edition.
