That’s the issue I believe—they didn’t charge me. I went to a store and chose the components for them to assemble it for me. When I asked them, they confirmed it was activated, but I have no further details.

Yesterday we had to repair our printer, which didn’t help either—this time the color problem returned. It was the same issue we reported earlier; it only displays black, while the other colors are missing or change color.
