He friend was working on my BitLocker while my laptop powered off. When I tried to start it, it worked for a couple minutes but then the cursor stuck and I couldn't select anything. Task Manager showed the SSD was at full capacity. I booted into Safe Mode but it crashed again. My system specs are: HP Elite Book 840G5, 16GB RAM, 8GB integrated graphics, Core i5 8th gen, 1TB ADATA SSD, NVMe.
