Usually when I log into my computer, I see different icons on my desktop. For example, my CSGO logo now looks like a generic web browser icon. I’m planning to share a screenshot so you can see what I mean—it’s also quite slow when I hover over shortcuts, and the performance in games isn’t much worse, just the desktop feels odd. It’s confusing whether it’s just an update or if others have had the same issue. The checkmarks next to some icons are also changing, which is strange.

Possible issue might relate to OneDrive settings. Disable the checkbox in OneDrive's preferences and sync your desktop to test. Your multiple PCs use the same Windows login, so syncing should work across them. The icon appears everywhere but only shows the full version on the machine with the install data.

It functioned properly; I didn’t fully disconnect my PC, just turned off the desktop sync, and it appeared to resolve the issue!
