I recently set up Windows 11 on a Duo Core machine for testing. It was enrolled in the insider program, but they advised it wasn’t recommended to get Windows 11 updates. A few days back I upgraded with build 22471.1000 from UUPDump.net. Recently it started downloading that version but installation stopped—likely because it was already present. Now I’ve moved to the Dev Channel, even though I used to be in the release preview group.
