Your Wi-Fi router is experiencing overheating problems.
I contacted my ISP's support and they dispatched a technician to fix the issue. The technician explained that your connection speed is being lowered because the router isn't dissipating heat effectively. Your device is located inside a sealed wooden cabinet, and moving it isn't possible due to restricted wiring. As a result, your network speed is dropping significantly—around 60-95% less than expected. I was playing Valorant with a 200 ping lag, which is really frustrating. Anyone have suggestions on how to improve the cooling for your router?
Use cable extensions to place the router outdoors, or keep the door open.
