I've been using the Corsair H100x for a couple of months, it worked well until three days ago. After an update, one fan failed to warm up, so I shut it down, removed the front panel, and spun it around with my finger. Once I restarted it, everything was fine. This issue resurfaced this morning—only occurs when the PC is off. Any suggestions on resolving it?

Yes, you should verify the connectors to ensure they match the commander pro.

Sounds like you have a bad fan (assuming there's nothing rubbing against the blades). If you're still under warranty, reach out to Corsair. If not, replace the fan.
