I use a 9600k processor (4.3 all cores), Win10 Pro 22h2, 32gb storage with 3200mmhz (18-20-20-38). I have a RTX 3050 and two monitors—one for gaming, two for YouTube/anime (Chrome). I don’t play the newest AAA titles, and according to FPSmonitor my CPU stays around 50%, GPU about 70%, RAM 12-15gb. All games run at 60+fps, only using Steam. The GPU has just one HDMI port (previously had a 1050ti with two HDMI), so my Chrome monitor connects to the Intel HD 630. Occasionally YouTube videos cause FPS to drop below 20 in every game. The performance numbers are stable, but video playback affects frame rates. If a video stalls, it resets; randomness in performance isn’t clear. Any suggestions? I’m confused about what’s happening.
Hey there, just wanted to let you know I kicked off a video that completely messed up the performance—it's okay now.
