When launching the UEFI advanced startup menu, you're seeing only 'Startup Repair' and 'UEFI Firmware Settings.' It seems the GPT conversion might have caused some issues. Consider trying a different partition layout or reinstalling the OS if needed.

It's unclear what's wrong, but if the system is damaged, you might attempt to recover the EFI partition. This has never been done before, so you'll need to research it yourself.

Everything is reappearing once more. Just needed to enter 'reagentc /enable' in the command prompt. Uncertain about how it vanished initially.
