I maintain a steady 60fps with an i7 4790k at 4ghz and gtx 970 on ultra. The game came free with my GTX 1070 and performs similarly. It isn’t my top choice, but Ubisoft could have improved the driving mechanics—Drive Wars 1 was fine for me, though I can’t play that one. I think the game is solid overall but needed more polish before launch, especially since the story feels a bit weak right now. I believe free-roaming is decent.

Your display is likely set to 1080p, but your monitor supports 1440p resolution.

I'm not sure why so many people are complaining, but I really enjoyed the game. It felt superior to most titles I've played before. I'm impressed by the graphics and vehicles. The only drawback was the story—SPOILER It ended with Horatio being killed, which didn't affect me much since I only saw him briefly at the start. It made me wonder if he was the one feeding the villains information, only for him to die later. I also felt confused about the ending, as I didn't really understand what my role was beyond hacking the enemies.
