I looked at the GPU monitor and noticed my VRAM was around 3GB, while the maximum was 4GB. I could see this because I was playing at 80-120fps, then slowed down to avoid unplayable frames, and it returned to normal once again. I had most settings at full, but lowering it to medium fixed the issue, though there was a slight stutter at the start before spawning.

I believe the lag would have been better if it didn’t exist. It was very slow with pings between 88 and 97, and nothing seems to solve it. However, PS4 players with pings around 130 appear stable—FPS jumps to 187-189 in the first minute, then after a restart it rises to 220-250 on the same map.

It didn’t seem like a typical game; gunfights were still happening, which was all that mattered to me. My thoughts might not count because others would probably laugh at what I do in COD.

I tried it on my PC and shared it with my Xbox One friends. My initial thoughts were, wow... CoD added many features and weapons, especially enjoying the ability to build a streak and unlock the bow in Crysis 3—10 out of 10.

Terrible experience. The servers are really unstable—constant ping spikes above 400ms for extended periods, then brief drops to around 18ms followed by sudden rebounds. The game isn’t well optimized, so no matter the settings it keeps dropping frames and lags. Mouse acceleration doesn’t turn off as intended, which messes up my aiming. There are obvious cheaters using tools like triggerbots. One player managed MVP status in three consecutive games, constantly sniping with a sniper and racking up over 10 kills before losing. The available modes are mostly softcore—just a tight crosshair and HUD. Maps feel cramped. In short, it’s a massive letdown. Still, Call Of Duty is what it is; the last solid title was World At War, and there won’t be another CoD that can compete.

I created a video discussing my feelings about the game. I’m sure it’s okay to share since it’s easier to hear than read. Just make sure you’re comfortable posting it!

I’m sure you’re joking but honestly I struggle with commas so this is the only video I’ve made. I created it just for friends to see and get their opinions on the game. Most people usually play CS:GO or Battlefield.

The review seems to overlook the game's shortcomings, focusing mainly on its flaws while briefly mentioning a competitor. It appears to be more about minimizing problems than offering a balanced perspective.

We've discussed CoD and BF in the community forums; they represent distinct kinds of games.
