It seems your R5 2600 is already boosted to 4.15ghz with a Hyper 212 EVO, yet it struggles to exceed 70 under load. If you're using a stock cooler and pushing over 4ghz, temperatures should remain manageable—unless there are issues like poor thermal contact.

I adjusted the BIOS by resetting it and increasing the core clock multiplier to 39 (3.9GHz) temporarily, then raised it further to 4.2, which the system couldn't handle due to power or CPU limits. Eventually I settled on 4.15 for stable performance, provided you have adequate cooling. If you're worried about damaging your CPU, consider resetting the BIOS to default by shorting the CMOS pins on your motherboard. Avoid altering voltage unless you aim for maximum overclocking. TL;DR: try 3.9GHz for a week, then 4.15GHz. Use a power supply of at least 500W.

I plan to test this setup since I’m installing a 360mm radiator for my CPU and also have a 550w power supply.
