Earlier I had: Modify the power supply to match one of 850W, switch GPU to a 2080 Super with fresh drivers, move RAM slot, reinstall Windows and drivers. Still experiences stuttering; unsure if my motherboard is the issue.

It's not clear what you're asking. Could you clarify your question about VRR and CRU?

They mentioned the issue persisted even after changing the GPU. It seems odd. Have you tried another RAM setup or stick? Swapping it out could help. Consensus is on the SSD—you’d see problems with it in general, not just during frame rate.

Thanks for the response! I'm purchasing an additional memory stick of the same type to test if dual-channel could reduce stuttering. That advice came from a Reddit community, noting that low RAM bandwidth might be causing the issue at lower frame rates. The timing specs are 40-40-40 at 1.25V and 36-36-36 with the XMP profile. I'm unsure what timing range is considered optimal for gaming performance.

I purchased a fresh RAM module (same type), which included 32 GB DDR5 with dual channels...still experiencing stuttering. Could you please assist? I’m unsure what else to try, and I don’t want to continue spending on my PC if the issues keep happening. All components are brand new except the power supply unit, but I used an 850W adapter from a friend, and the problem remains.
