Uses Asus R9 290/I5 4460 with 8GB RAM on Windows 8.1. Works well about 60% of the time during high/very high performance, especially when the display distance is reduced slightly.

FX 6300 @ 4.6 GHz paired with GTX 960 and 4 GB RAM. Around 70 during the day, occasionally drops under 60 at night in Los Santos.

AMD FX8320 running at 4.3GHZ on Asus R9 290 with 1060/1020 MHZ and 12GB RAM. All configurations are optimized except MSAA which is set to 4x, and reflections are disabled. The "advanced graphics" remain at the default level, maintaining a consistent frame rate above 50 FPS.
