I attempted to undervolt my Strix RX580 with MSI afterburner. After restarting the system, it won't boot at all and doesn't display anything. The motherboard I'm using is B350F, and the Strix shows a white LED. I tried removing the motherboard battery and used a screwdriver between the CLRTC and system pins, but it still doesn't boot. Help needed!!

Disconnect the PSU from the wall outlet, then either...
1. briefly short the clrtc while pressing the power button a few times to confirm all power is removed
2. take out the CMOS battery and let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
