Follow the LED instructions carefully. Inspect the VGA/PCI cable delivering power to the GPU, ensuring secure connections and proper pin alignment. Examine the internal pins and overall condition for any issues. It might help to replace the PCIe cable first. If the same LED code appears no matter which GPU you use, focus on that component initially. Verify the CPU and MOBO’s 24-pin connector are properly seated; insufficient power could indicate a problem.
Sorry for the delay, I was in a raid. Can you swap the cable going to the GPU? Just to be sure. Besides that, if you have someone or a place where you can test the card in another setup, I’m not sure the board is dead since it’s detecting components and trying to post but can’t.
