I'm experiencing performance issues while playing battle royale games such as Apex Legends and COD:WARZONE. I use these videos to gauge what my PC should be running. The videos show expected frame rates at different settings, but my actual experience is much lower. On the plane I see around 30-35 fps, and on the map it drops to 50-70 fps with noticeable stuttering, averaging 56-65 fps. COD:Warzone is even worse; at the lowest setting (720), I get only 40-47 fps. My GPU is working well at 98-100%, but my CPU consistently stays below 100%. I tried checking system stats with MSI afterburner and Rivatuner, but nothing stands out unusual. The problem seems specific to these games, not other titles like PUGB.
