I have an issue with my disk (an HDD from Toshiba). It always shows 100% usage when downloading games on Steam at first, but after about 10 minutes the speed drops significantly. I checked Task Manager to see what was using the drive—nothing unusual appeared. The Resource Monitor also showed normal activity. I tried defragmenting, restarted the computer, updated Windows, and scanned for malware, but everything seems fine. It still works well, so I’m not sure what’s wrong. Please help me if you can.
