I acquired this SSD from Samsung about two years ago and inspected it frequently over those years. Its performance remained consistent at 2000MB read / 1000MB write. Recently, however, the speed has dropped significantly. I attempted to turn off BitLocker, but either I’m unfamiliar with the process or the issue stems from another cause. I’ve installed the latest Windows 11 updates and checked for driver updates for that SSD, yet no new drivers are available.

It's odd that Crystaldiskinfo doesn't display the transfer mode. Maybe a different M.2 port is available for testing?

It's a laptop with just one port available.
