That is a 1TB Phison PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD. It's not the fastest of PCIe 4.0 drives out there, so any newer PCIE 4.0 drive should be equal of faster. You'll have to check the reviews online, but Samsung EVO series are pretty good.
