I've observed that my Seagate 2 TB HDD is performing poorly when copying files and is inconsistent overall. In Task Manager, it shows 100% usage even when idle. I attempted a chkdsk scan but encountered errors due to insufficient free space. Is there another way to resolve this issue?

It seems the vehicle isn’t behaving as expected. The drive might be malfunctioning. I’d recommend getting a replacement and retrieving any useful data from it.
