I frequently launch a fairly large program for a while—similar to Blender, some games, etc.—and it causes a blue screen or abrupt shutdown. Is this related to the single-channel RAM in my setup? My system is a Ryzen 3 3200G with single-channel DDR4, an ASRock 320m HDV R4.0.
No single channel got nothing to do with it. You probably don't have enough ram, or maybe there's some bug / error. Do you remember what the error code in the bluescreen.
