I just shared an update about the cooling section. My Enermax AIO on a 3900x was both very hot under load, but switching to a Corsair h150 360mm made a big difference. I also used it in a push-pull configuration, which seems to be the issue.

Enermax faced serious issues with their aio Confused

becoming blocked. The trend to follow low-value Corsair aio Confused

isn't necessary.
