I checked my CPU temperature using the MSI Center Hardware Monitor earlier today. It showed 71°C, which is higher than the usual 40-50°C range I’m used to. This is new for me. For those wondering about a Ryzen 9 5950X cooler Noctua NH-D15 15W and my setup with three Corsair 120 fans and several case fans, this temperature seems a bit unusual.

I've observed a comparable configuration, and my own temperatures under load remain relatively consistent. I believe it's crucial to ensure your fan curves are sufficiently aggressive to match the processor demands. In my experience, considering a different case could improve airflow and allow for more controlled fan speeds. This is especially relevant if you're using high-quality case fans from the start.
