activate pbo mode manually, apply a 200MHz boost—expect it to reach 4.7 without overheating. However, based on your frequency readings, the CPU appears slightly damaged; boost should settle around 4.6 instead of 4.55. AMD models won’t allow it below 4.6 as advertised, and with Patriot VIPERS at 4000MHz they’re likely failing. I’m running at 3866MHz at CL16 1.4V stable; anything up to 1.5 works well. Most users achieve that, and there are no issues beyond that point. Make sure your pump runs at full speed continuously.
