I turned off the device and pressed the power button a few times to be sure. I didn’t make any changes in the BIOS; I just restarted after the 1GHz issue and updated the BIOS. Someone mentioned it now is working, so I’ll test my CPU on different motherboards (my friends’ graphics cards). I’m checking if the problem lies with the other board or some BIOS settings. It worked before the reset, but it doesn’t make sense this way. I’ll update again after testing.

My temperatures stayed around 50°C and it doesn't heat up much, so the CPU isn't running at full capacity.

Also consider resetting the CMOS. It's hard to say what BIOS settings you're using, but this should restore it to the standard. Better safe than sorry. Of course, we still have to fix the root cause. The heat is just a side effect.

Restarted CMOS but no changes occurred. I didn’t mention that I use an XMP profile.

It functions at up to 1GHz maximum. When I enable optimization, it displays 100% CPU utilization only at 0.6GHz.
