You completed your setup and everything seems to be functioning properly, but the BIOS indicates your CPU is overheating, gradually increasing in temperature before shutting down. This could be due to an outdated thermal paste.

Occasionally it can happen. Still, make sure the cooler is set up correctly.

This setup is now operating at 94-95°C with maximum CPU fan speed. I'll check again to confirm it works on Windows.

I adjusted the settings slightly more and it now runs better, which might explain the improvement.

You're checking the build process by testing components outside the case. The temperature spikes to 115°C caused the system to shut down, but after tightening the screws, it's now around 80°C and still increasing.
