Is the frequency at 365MHz correct? It seems like a digit might be missing. What speed is your 2400 operating at?

the cpu's base speed is 3.60 and the ram frequency is 1463.7Mhz as confirmed on cpu-z

Choose between 16GB 1x16 or 2x8 based on your preference. Switching to 2x8 is recommended if it's 1x16. Upgrading your CPU might also be beneficial. OC and UVing aren't necessary with current hardware; focus on better cooling, and it may not add much value. Also, provide the make and model of your PSU.
