My 3080 seems to lag compared to my setup which includes an i9 10900k, RTX 3080, 32GB RAM, a 3600MHz motherboard, and a 1000W power supply. It boosts to around 2040MHz but sometimes drops to 80-100 FPS or stutters. It stays under 140°F, but the GPU load fluctuates a lot. I've updated the BIOS and enabled the resize bar, and adjusted settings in NVIDIA Control Panel and games, yet results remain inconsistent. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Are you sure the 3080 was installed and didn<|pad|>'s cache cleared?

I've been using it for a couple of months and started using ddu right after I received the card.
