Hey, I see your problem with the Linksys EA 6350. It seems like the router isn't sending data properly even though it's still connected. Check for firmware updates, restart the router, and ensure there are no interference issues. If the problem persists, consider resetting it or consulting the manual.

Are there additional devices linked to your router during that moment?

Your PC, the Chromecast (not in use), and the phone are all affected.

When the phone disconnects, the remaining systems continue to function or remain linked.

It's only the phone; the PC works perfectly, and the Chrome Cast appears as well.

There are a few things you can do with your phone. First, check and install the latest software for your network router. Make sure the router’s configuration doesn’t restrict too many devices at once or block your MAC address.

Her Google Pixel XL faced the same problem before, but after turning off the 5G network, it stopped having issues.

In router configurations and Wi-Fi settings, the appropriate location is likely listed online or in the manual. Check your device’s instructions for details. Adjusting channels may help if changes aren’t effective, though it could reduce speed.
