You can likely enjoy Tetris without high frame rates, though I regret suggesting titles like Doom 1 and 2 or Duke Nukem 3D would be overwhelming. Pac-Man might work if you turn off animations. Atomic Bomberman could start fine, but by the end there’ll be too many explosions.

It really varies. For many games, mid-to-high levels work, but you won't tackle Crysis 3 that way.
