It’s normal to feel this way. My rig with a 5800X and a 2070 Super seems to struggle a lot, especially with RDR2. I’ve noticed similar issues on a 3080 with a 5950X—performance drops significantly after 2020. There are often frame drops or even complete loss of frames. It’s been frustrating enough that it’s stopped me from enjoying the game. On the flip side, GTA V still runs smoothly on high-end systems, which is why I keep playing at 1440p with around 50 FPS while my friend gets 4K at 60+ FPS.
