Report: issue with h7 elite motherboard, ASUS Z590P Wi-Fi, i7-11700K CPU, NXT Kraken Z73 RGB, GPU unspecified, MSI 3070 RAM, Corsair Vengeance 32GB 3600MHz, PSU NXT C750 2022. Problem described includes exhaust fan spinning rapidly at around 2000 RPM causing excessive noise, and RAM set to 2133MHz which attempts a switch to 3600MHz via BIOS but fails to boot, with fans running at full speed during startup. This occurs repeatedly until the system restarts and displays a login screen video file.

Intel states that the 11th generation only officially backs up to 3200 RAM, which could explain why it doesn’t start right away at 3600—consider using 3200 and check if it loads.

Appreciate the update, I didn’t realize you had to enable XMP yet. It’s running smoothly at 3600MHz, though some other issues remain.

Review the fan settings in the BIOS. Also, examine the back panel fan—it may not match the others, possibly a 3-pin unit operating at full voltage, so investigate further.

back panel exhaust fan spinning rapidly at around 2000 RPM, producing excessive noise. Fans operate at maximum speed during startup and return to normal afterward. This occurs repeatedly until the system reaches the window login screen.

It was a 3-pin connection linked to 2 or 3, then I changed it to another with more connectors and reduced the noise somewhat but kept some sound. The speed remained at 2000 RPM.
