I understand what CS:GO represents as a type of game and brand, but I wasn’t sure enough to try it since I’m not a gamer. It looks like a high-level competitive shooter, which isn’t something I relate to. So it doesn’t seem right for me.
It's not meant for hardcore competitors. The game offers easy-to-grasp mechanics and straightforward play. No pressure to chase rankings—just focus on your own skill level. The system pairs you with others at a similar ability, so you won’t feel the need to compete like a top-tier player. You’ll avoid the stress of smokes and flash until you reach Eagle, which is a solid milestone.
There are still eight more victories until I prove my rank is legitimate, honestly I struggle a lot at this game. I’ve been playing since the CS beta era in CS 1.6, mostly used Source before diving into CoD for a while with friends. Now I’m getting back in the game with some old buddies.
