Hello, your PC came back online after a long time since July. I didn’t see any posts, so I verified all connections, reinserted the GPU, and checked the RAM. When you removed one stick, it worked, but when you tried it in another slot, it didn’t. Is this typical? Did I make a mistake? I’m not sure why this is happening.

Remove the RAM and clean the slots thoroughly with a contact cleaner.

Sticks often fail due to various reasons, which seems unusual but does happen. I've experienced devices like sticks, CPUs, GPUs, and more shutting down simply because they weren't properly seated. A bad placement can cause the system to behave as if it's dead, so always ensure the sticks are fully installed.
