Your setup seems correct. The 8GB stick in slot 2 and the other two in slots 1 and 3 are properly arranged.

All RAM sticks begin at a lower frequency than the one they claim. You need to create a profile for them, but if you attempt that, your motherboard may not handle that high speed.

Optimize for better stability. With only 8GB available in dual channels and the remaining 8GB in a single channel, setting it up as described will enable full 16GB dual-channel operation.
