Your RAM isn't compatible with your motherboard.
It really depends on your motherboard and RAM setup. What do you have?
Match the memory type with the corresponding slots on your motherboard. Use DDR3 sticks only in DDR3 slots, DDR4 sticks in DDR4 slots, and so on. Memory slots are KEYED—each has a notch pattern. Align the notches with the small cuts on the stick. If it gets stuck, rotate it 180 degrees and attempt again. Insert the stick into the channel on both sides, then press down gently from both ends with two fingers simultaneously. It should click or secure properly.
My device runs an MSI Z690A with Corsair Vengeance RAM modules.
You can also throw it about 10 meters and check if it remains in /s
