Your system is using a lot of memory because multiple apps run simultaneously, especially if they’re all active at once. Even with just a few open tabs and services, the combined demand can spike RAM usage. Check your app list for unnecessary background processes and consider closing unused programs to reduce load.

I cannot take screenshots directly. However, you can access the "Details" tab and capture the desired image using your device's camera or screen recording feature.

That seems unusual. You haven't mentioned any specific context about the consumption or data usage.

Open the Registry under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management. Modify the "ClearPageFileAtShutDown" setting to "1".

Deletes the page file once the system shuts down, which may resolve your memory issues. Reboot the PC after making this adjustment.

What amount of memory do you possess? Your device is packed with unnecessary software, you'll need to declutter it. Chrome tends to consume a lot of memory, requiring around 400MB in this snapshot.

Screenpresso, Instagram, Spotify, iCUE, Discord are among the platforms listed. A partial capture was taken of the process list. Also, do you have two antivirus programs installed? You mentioned seeing Malwarebytes and Bitdefender.
