My 5800x3D operates around 14.5k with PB02 Tuner at -25 all cores. In Cinebench it performs between 4350-4375 all cores, while most games stay around 4450. The peak temperature reached was 83°C in Cinebench using an NH-D15 at full power. I'm also using a 3600 cl 18 RAM 2x16 setup on Windows 10 Pro.
