It's a bit below average, but not that bad! With stock cooler and other tweaks, I'm satisfied with the CPU.

Approximately 3100 is achievable, and this rating makes sense.

You definitely get to purchase the 3100, whereas the 3300X isn't available. Haha, that processor is already a joke.

Not too poor; my six-core boosted to 3.9GHz, but performance stays near 2850.

Plus the 3100 tends to score around 10-15 points lower than the 3600 bench I've seen. I was planning for an 1600AF, but it's pricier than the 2600 I can't even afford right now! The 3100 looks less impacted probably since it's a 4-core R3, but it seems like the best value for budget gaming at the moment!

At 3.9GHz your 1600AE only handles 393 cores, which isn't particularly impressive.

I’m pleased with the 3100. It’s superior to the Fx chipset I used from 2015 to 2018. After that, I got a 1600 and then this one two months ago!

1600 to 3100 is mainly a minor upgrade, though without six cores it might still offer some noticeable advantages, I suppose.

Notable upgrade of moderate size, minor impact on overall ratings. Perfect fit for many Tekkit and Football mods!
