I chose to switch from the Ryzen 3600 to the new 3900XT. After running Cinebench, my results weren’t close to others, and I realized it thinks I have a 6C/12 thread setup. I’ve updated the chipset, BIOS, Ryzen Master, etc., but the issue persists. Any suggestions from experts?

Open the file in the top left corner and select "preferences" from the dropdown. Choose the desired number of threads and start using it. Edit: Navigate to the installation folder and remove log files.

I've checked everything, but the result remains unchanged. The second screenshot comes from msinfo, suggesting it's being interpreted as a 6C/12T component. I'm struggling to figure this out.

Walmart.com seems to be a direct source from the manufacturer. The packaging and CPU are correctly marked.

Find the answer in the provided link. The discussion focuses on using only six cores with a Ryzen 9 3900X.

Thank you for your feedback. It was verified at "12," and correcting it resolved the problem. This hasn't occurred before.
