well you're also looking at videos that are several months old and aren't using the same software or updates you are the specs aren't the same despite you saying they are the uploader has no obligation to mention enhancements they are using to get those numbers nor any way to check if they are accurate. this is a bad information source , dont use it.

Do all 100% used apps belong solely to the game, or do other programs also consume more than 5%? The task manager might help if you sort by the right column. Also, are you viewing it in full screen or windowed mode? This can significantly affect performance in some games. Switching windows to "high performance" mode in power settings could also help. Just my thoughts.
