When I begin games like CSGO or Valorant the CPU drops to 1.5GHz. I looked into everything—power usage, temperature, and the processor runs at full capacity. It works smoothly at 3.2GHz when using YouTube or similar apps on Chrome. HELP!? CPU: i7 960 GPU: 1660
