I recently got my new PC two months ago and haven’t checked Task Manager much. One day I noticed the CPU was at 100%. I looked up for a month but couldn’t find a fix. Now I’m considering resetting the whole system and the CPU still shows high usage. The components I have are a 3700x Stock cooler, MSI B450 carbon AC Galax RX 2070s, 16GB RAM, 3200MHz, NVMe SSD, a 700GB SSD, and the VID_31810624_172151_820.mp4 file.

Click on the CPU category to highlight the section using the most CPU resources. This helps you quickly spot what's consuming the most processing power. Spoiler

If your CPU is using 100% and causing lag even with a high-end system, try this solution. It helped me with an i7-2060ti on the 9th. You can check the video here: https://youtu.be/I3Nujm8D8ys
