Your processor is consistently operating at full capacity.
I recently got my new PC two months ago and haven’t checked Task Manager much. One day I noticed the CPU was at 100%. I looked up for a month but couldn’t find a fix. Now I’m considering resetting the whole system and the CPU still shows high usage. The components I have are a 3700x Stock cooler, MSI B450 carbon AC Galax RX 2070s, 16GB RAM, 3200MHz, NVMe SSD, a 700GB SSD, and the VID_31810624_172151_820.mp4 file.
It is particularly prone to chrome issues, requiring several steps to resolve them.
