To run this printer, connect it to a Raspberry Pi and set it up as a print server. Certain routers also support this feature directly.

For older setups, a laptop or Raspberry Pi can act as a print server, letting you connect to a network printer and use services like AirPrint or Google Cloud Print. You'll need to balance setup costs against purchasing a new printer.

You might need a driver for your old "Officejet" or similar, as it won't function properly without very old HP drivers.
