I think it’s worth paying attention if your PSU sounds unusually loud, especially when the system is stressed. For a Corsair CV650, this could indicate a problem that needs checking.

It seems like typical coil whine. I’d probably swap it out since it bothers me, but there’s no solid reason to do so—it’s just irritating.

I believe it's typical, but if it falls under warranty, please return it to EVGA at your earliest convenience since I wouldn't want any issues.

Sure, just to clarify, it sounds like you want to mention that the audio is much louder when you're there in person compared to the video. If that's acceptable, we're all set!
