Whenever I attempt to play a game, I often end up in the back because of the frustrating lag that follows me in every match. Setting the scene usually means jumping into Valorant, only to find myself teleporting into enemy fire or being shot at while behind a wall. Despite my efforts, the problem remains unsolved.

Do you have any WiFi or wired connections available? Are there other gadgets using your internet? Which background applications are checking the web?

My Downloud size is 1.7MB, Upload is roughly 0.15MB (unstable). No background apps were checked via Task Manager, though someone suggested it might be a Windows issue. I’m unsure if it’s local or related to the OS. Updated May 22, 2020 by LovedBloodXD. Extra Info.

I believe the rate you’re getting is measured in megabits per second. Is that the speed your ISP charges you for?

Previously it was around 200 kilobytes, after we repaired the cables it's about 1.4 to 1.7 megabytes, but the main issue still comes from the upload. Can we increase the upload speed?

This means roughly 11Mbps for download and under 1Mbps for upload. Your latency is acceptable. It seems you're in Egypt. If your ISP limits your upload below 1Mbps, you'll need to upgrade your plan. But we can't determine your actual speed without knowing your subscription details.
