In the worst situation, it might harm the PCI 'fingers' on the video card. It's hard to tell if the pin is curving upward or downward. Are you looking at the bottom pin lifting or the top pin sinking?

I'm not sure what it is. If it's merely a small fragment of debris or paper, it doesn't matter. However, if it's made of metal, it might cause a problem.
