This CPU usage reading isn't the actual temperature. To check the real temps, install MSI Afterburner or a similar tool.
CPU activity is not the same as heat levels. Heat readings are in Celsius or Fahrenheit, not percentage.
I put in MSI Afterburner two days back and started TrackMania. When it tried to launch while the software was active, it just stopped on its own and waited about two hours before the PC could restart.
