I'm not someone who swaps out GPU thermal paste, but I understand you're looking for a budget-friendly option. Disassembling a GPU isn't something you should do unless you're comfortable with electronics—better to avoid it if possible.

The model is essential since it could be the cause. For temperature tracking, options include MSI Afterburner, Open Hardware Monitor, etc. Just need to check your GPU and CPU temperatures.

Yeah thats a dumpsterfire psu would be surprised its acting up. Now for the second part its waiting on your temperature info on max temps after lets say 5 min of playing
